If the polls are truly indicative, and there&#039;s no reason to believe that they&#039;re not, we are seeing a big &quot;It&#039;s Time&quot; factor at play, which simply cannot be overcome by the Coalition. People are just looking to reassure themselves that they have a good reason to vote for Rudd.]]></description>
