You mean to say you don’t approve of lynch mobs? Southerners hanging black people, distrustful locals in SEAsian countries burning out Chinese communities, Sunnis hunting Shi’ites, a good old fashioned jewish pogrom – aren’t these and similar events all integral parts of our proud histories as civilised peoples???

I love you, MrsDave. Post more often. The only issue I have is that Dave categorised your post as ‘whining’; he needs a new category for your posts, probably called ‘common sense’ or maybe just, ‘duh’.

Yeah, I’m getting a bit sick of Facebook groups like this.

It’s the same old shallow, posturing, populist tripe that seems to do very well on Facebook. Why alienate your peers when all you have to do is click “join this group”?

the problem with things like facebook is that it allows “thouse that came last” to think that they have something useful to say. sadly they do get attention.

Well, I’d suggest he might even be deemed unfit for trial, in which case all the media hype and wouldbe vigilante action on facebook would amount to nought. It’s a ‘second guess’ of course but a sentence of ‘only to be released at the governor’s discretion’ seems the most likely outcome in this case … and he’ll probably never be let out.
