Normally I&#039;d suggest that people incorporate exercise into their daily commute (ride a bike instead of drive etc) and kill the proverbial two birds with one stone, but considering the relative locations of your home and office it&#039;s probably not practical.  I like the idea of jogging/running but I&#039;m fairly certain my already dodgey knees would explode.]]></description>
